I made an A5 card blank and sprayed it with gold spray and sparkle.I printed this design onto good quality card and cut, folded and made the design up as meant,I punched a hole using an office punch to the tag part of the design and added gold ribbon, I added the made up design onto the card using double sided tape and to finish i added the word DAD to the top lefthand corner of the card using gold and clear peel offs.
