Printed onto Gloss Photo Paper. I cut out the elements, and scored and folded main element as indicated, I then used DST to attach the Inserts following the instructions.

I stuck a small silver bow to the top corner.

A wonderful design, very easy to make up and a great card for anyone interested in sewing.
