I printed slightly reduced size onto 200gsm glossy photopaper, and cut everything out. I attached a square of white card with tiny purple polka dots to an 8x8 scalloped cardblank and attached my number to this with foam tape,also using foam tape for the balloons decoupage.

I added gold and lavender stickles to the glasses and embellished the 0 with 3 large gold glitter resin dots.

I completed the card with the matching insert panel. A super design that looks quite stunning made up,and it's easy to craft,too!
