I printed the file onto glossy photo paper and cut out the number and chosen balloons. I distressed top and bottom with a little gold ink.I matted the image on lavender glitter paper, trimmed the edges and attached to a scalloped edge 8inch card blank with DST.

I added the decoupage with foam pads,used purple and gold glitter on the glasses, and embellished the number 21 with mini gold gems and the sentiment with mini lavender gems.

A lovely design for a 21st birthday. It looks festive and bubbly made up. Perfect for the occasion!
