8 Today - Frame It I Card Front - Blue

This sheet has a topper, designed for use with an 8x8 card blank, to create a shaped card front. The design is one of my 'I' Card range - tutorial available.

This design is for the little boys celebrating their 8th Birthday. The design is a large number infront of a frame topped with balloons. A photo can be placed behind the frame (or a favourite character can be inserted) to personalise for the birthday boy.There is a banner with decoupage layers for the bottom of the design. 2 mini tags are also included on the sheet for you to place as you choose.
