I printed onto glossy paper and cut round the numbers and decoupage. I covered a 8x8 card blank with burnt orange pearl paper and punched a tiny star from the lower 2 corners.I attached the number 30 with photo glue and edged the numbers with cristal stickles.

I decoupaged with 2mm foam and silicone glue. i added a few touches of cristal stickles to the champagne glasses.

I punched extra mini stars in orange and glued one on the "3",one on the Happy birthday decoupage and the rest of them coming out of the bottle of bubbly.

I completed with a few gold pee-l off twirls. A gorgeous festive design for a 30th birthday.

This looks fabulous made up!
