16th Birthday - Balloons & Banner

This sheet is designed for use with an 8x8 card blank.

The design features large numbers surrounded with balloons. At the base of the design is a banner which has decoupage layers. The decoupage layer contains text - Happy Birthday.Other decoupage layers are for the balloons.

There is also a blank tag included for text of your choice.

A matching insert is available separately.
