Printed onto good quality photo card, cut out, scored and folded where shown. Also printed out onto photo paper. Layers were built up using foam pads and I finished the card with some extra bits cut from the second sheet plus one of the sentiments provided.
Fab design - easy to make too. Looks great when complete.
