Celebration Heart Card with DecoupageCompleted by Rae Trees

I printed the design on good quality matte photo paper. I cut out the design and glued it to my card which I than cut into the heart shape.

I decoupaged the elements with silicone glue, added one of the sentiments to the inside of the card and finished with a cream bow to the front of the card.
