Decoupage the flap of the bag. Fold the card in two along the top of the flap. Punch holes through the black dots and thread ribbon through to make a handle. Add your own decorations and embellishments.

I printed this on good quality matte double sided photo paper. I cut and scored as per instructions. I added the layer with 1mm adhesive foam squares. Finished off by adding blue butterfly bling, silver trim and navy organza ribbon for the handle.
