Delicious Lime Dessert CardCompleted by Karen Cogan

I printed this sheet onto glossy photo paper to get good colour depth. The sheet creates a dessert shaped card but I decided to turn this into an easel card, so created a base using dark green card.

I then cut out the card front & attached it to the card base using ds tape. I then attached the decoupage elements using foam pads.

I then punched some pale green pearlised card & attached to the base of the easel card & created a stopped from the same two coloured cards & threaded with 2 ribbons (lime green & white/silvery green sparkly) & attached to the card base.

I then die cut the bracket squares and created a pyramid with them. I attached this to the card base and attached the greeting. I then glued the dark green gems around the bottom of the dessert & on the stopper & added the star gems at various points.

The card was finished off with green glitter around the edges of the card & the greeting panels & pearlescent glitter on the dessert itself.

A lovely celebrations card.
