Under the Weather Shaped Cardfront

I printed the design onto good quality photographic paper and cut it out. I scored and folded a 5 x 7 card. I attached the design to the card using double sided tape. I then cut away the card around the top of the design.

I assembled the decoupage using thin foam tape. I added the greeting using thin foam tape.
