Scalloped Envelope Card - Best Wishes

For this card i printed this sheet out twice,so i could line the inside of the card,i printed the image out onto a sheet off130g smooth decoupage paper,i then stuck it to a firm card and cut around it,i the scord and folded it,then i lined the inside with parf of the second print,i then decoupage the fan and ribbons ,i stuck on small left overs from my peeloffs to decorate the fan,i added a small white bow to the fan and to it i stuck 1 brown and 1 white flat-back pearls,and to the brown ribbon i added four white flat-back pearl's.
