Scalloped-edge Vase Aperture - Perfect PoppyCompleted by Margaret McCartney

I printed the design onto good quality photographic paper and cut it out. I scored and folded a DL card. I attached the design to the card using double sided tape. I cut out the aperture and then I added the panel using thin foam tape.

I assembled the decoupage using thin foam tape. I added the greetings using thin foam tape.
