simply print on to card stock, cut out all the elements and score the base card, attach the extra flowers to the insert making sure you don't stick the bottom petals so they can over lap the flower pot once the insert is placed inside. add one of the greetings or create you own with the extra blank box.

To make the card stand on its own either use a stand or fold a piece of card in half and attach it to the back of the flower pot.
