With this design I first printed it out onto photo paper, then after cutting out all the elements, I placed the main design base onto the front of my card, and also added the insert inside, I then cut around both, so that the card was the same shape as the design, after cutting out the aperture, I placed inside a clear piece of acetate, I finished my card by making up the design, this I did using 2mm sticky pads, this is a beautiful design for a birthday, was very easy to cut and make up and is stunning once done.
