There are 2 text panles on this design sheet. One is blank for a greeting of your choice, the other reads: For a Very Special Mum
These design sheets are for use with an 8x8 card blank. There are many designs in this range covering special ages and celebrations to general occasions. There is a tutorial link showing a one-sheet tutorial on how to use these designs with your 8x8 card blank. They create a shaped front, tent fold card for something a little different.
This design has a shield front shape surrounded by beautiful, vibrant roses.

I printed the design onto good quality photographic paper and cut it out. I scored and folded an 8 x 8 scalloped edged card. I attached the design to the card using double sided tape. I added the greeting then assembled the decoupage using thin foam tape.
