Deco Style Topper - Putting on the RitzCompleted by Gail Pennycuick
OccasionI printed the design onto quality photo paper, cut it out and decoupaged the pieces. I used a black textured square card to make a twisted easel, layering a green patterned background paper on the base.
Then I matted the image onto another piece and trimmed it to the same shape. I attached it to the easel back and added the sentiment pieces as shown, using one on foam pads for the stopper.
I added glitter highlights here and there and faux green gems as well.
To complete the card I glued a piece of an old bracelet with silicone along the bottom of the base, to add that last touch of glamour!
This is a wonderful Art Deco design that would surely please any recipient.

Deco Style Topper - Putting on the Ritz
This is a shaped topper for an 8x8 card blank. The theme is 1920's ladies and cocktails. This design has a very subtle colour scheme with a very opulent theme. Great for female celebrations.
