Happy Birthday!, Happy 18th Birthday, Happy 21st Birthday, Congrats! all provided on optional tags, and a blank label has also been included.
Card front, decoupage layers and optional greeting banners using an image of a bottle of champagne. Great for birthdays, congratulations, anniversaries etc. Mount the topper to an A5 card, cut around, and stick a backing sheet in the inser of the card for a shaped card effect.

With this design i printed it out onto photo paper, then after cutting out the elements, i needed i placed the main design base onto the front of a cream dl card, letting the bottle of champagne overlap the edge, i then made up the design using 2mm sticky pads, i finished my card by adding two strips of gold peel offs down the left of the design, this is a wonderful design for any celebration, was very easy to cut and make up and is stunning once done.
