I printed the design onto quality photo paper, cut it out and folded and scored where indicated. I adhered the lapels with foam pads. Then I attached the waistcoat back with foam pads directly to the shirt back.

With the waistcoat front pieces I used lengths of sticky tape to form hinges around and onto the back of the shirt front, so that they could then swing open freely.

This is a novel card idea that would appeal to many car lovers and fill the niche for those hard to find masculine cards.
