I attached this card onto some gold mirror card with double sided tape then cut around the centre edge and attached two gold leaves on the remaining gold paper.

Printed on matte photo paper, I cut out all of the elements and decoupaged using light foam pads, I then mounted the image and the insert onto the card and added greeting.
