I printed the sheet onto lightweight card and cut out the elements. Next I covered the front of my square card blank with gold non-shed glitter card and attached the base image using DST.

I used gel glue to add the decoupage layers then applied wet glue to the boot tops and added cotton wool for fluffiness!
