I printed this very cute sheet out on to good quality smooth card, then cut, scored and folded where needed.

The decoupage layers were then shaped and added using pinflair glue.

I then added glossy accents to the little bears eyes, nose and the bells, then I used a glitter gel pen on the candy cane and the holly leaves to highlight them and add some sparkle!
