Cute Birthday Cake shaped card to wish someone a Happy Birthday :-) Simply print the sheet, cut the cake and fold.

On the sheet I have also included an insert with "With Love & Best Wishes On Your Birthday" greeting which you can attach on the inside of the card and also a matching a tag with "Happy Birthday" greeting.

If you wish you can print a few extra sheets and use them to decoupage each of the cake's layers for more interesting look, all depends on your taste.
