Printed onto cardstock. I cut out all the elements. After cutting around the card I scored and folded where indicated.

Using foam pads I built up the elements of the Decoupage I used crystal Bling around icing and some glitter on the dark pink icing, and used some bling on the rest of cake.

I made up the Gift card and decorated with glitter and bling. An interesting idea, that looks quite effective when made up. Easy to make.
