I printed the image onto a good quality linen textured card and cut out. In this instance I turned the whole card into a topper, so using double sided tape I fixed onto a sheet of co-ordinating backing paper and in turn to a standard A5 card.
To finish I added a pearl buckle trim, peel off borders and bows.
