Printed onto matte coated paper, then mounted onto white card. I used silicone for the decoupage and finished of with a blue insert.
Printed on good quality glossy photo paper. All elements cut out. I attached Blue striped backing paper to an 8 x 8 card with double sided tape, then the main design was attached with double sided tape and the decoupage built up and attached using sticky pads. I finished off with a bow and some peel offs.
The insert was printed on good quality matte photo paper and attached with double sided tape
