Welcome baby
For a quick card simply cut out, crease and fold, or if you have time cut out the extra pieces and 3D it using either silicone gel or foam pads.
I have also designed two more from this series, one for a baby girl and one for twins. My thanks to Whimsy Primsy & Cheryl Selslar,Licence number CUP 19514 for some of the elements used.

I printed the design onto good quality photographic paper and cut it out. I scored and folded the card as per instructions. I assembled the decoupage using thin foam tape. A lovely design for a new baby boy.
