Special Hinges Loving SwansCompleted by Elaine Thompson

This card is ideal for a mothers day card by simply adding the letters to the hearts but it could be used for lots of other occasions.I simply printed the image onto one side of strong card and printed another cUp paper onto the back of the card. then I cut around and folded the card and added peel off letters and gems to finish the card.
