Red Black Damask Round Scallop Shaped Base and Shaker Frame
I have designed this base and fame for your cards and projects, this could be used to either frame your own embellishments and for your messages, or you could use it as a shaker frame.
I have also made the matching cut and fold card.

I printed the design onto quality photo paper, cut it out and decoupaged the frame with foam pads. I stippled black ink around the edge of a circular white card, layered a red circle and then a black one I had trimmed with scalloped scissors.
Then I centered the design over those and added a vintage image on foam pads over it. I used gold peel-offs to form a border around the very edge and a few red gems to complete the card.
This design could be used in a large number of ways; I reduced the size of this one to allow room for the layers, but full size would give greater scope for a shaker card or larger image.
