Ocean ShakerCompleted by Wynona O'neil

I used a pre printed base card in a blue design. I printed out my design and cut out the elements, layering it up into 3D using silicone. I used the provided greetings and kept the design simple.

I used little tiny silver beads in my shaker and I used a small piece of acetate to cover my beads.
