I printed the design onto good quality photographic paper and cut it out. I scored and folded an A5 card. I cut out the aperture from the frame and attached a piece of acetate to it using double sided tape.
I then attached the design it to the card using thin foam tape. I added some seed beads to the inside of the frame to give a shaker card.
