Class of 2011 Graduation Shaker Picture Frame CardCompleted by Hazel Pepper

I printed this sheet and cut out the elements. I mounted the base image onto a scalloped 15cm x 15cm card blank and used 1mm foam pads to add the decoupage, I then added sprinkles.

I backed the frame onto card and added acetate.

I used 4mm foam tape around the sides, and I then stuck the frame onto the card.
