Birthday BalloonsCompleted by Selina Dittmann

I printed this on kodak matt finsih photo paper. I used crimson coloured card topped with white card as the background, adhered with mounting squares.

For the base I used 2mm adhesive foam squares topped with a layer of acetate, adhered with double sided tape, (added lime green micro beads)then the final layer used 1mm foam squares.

Finished off with black and gold trim.
