An A5 shaker card of a pink champagne bottle on a floral background. The label on the champagne bottles becomes your shaker. I have included decoupage elements to allow you to create a 3D card, and also some sentiment toppers.

An unusual card and pretty. I cut out the base and mounted onto an A5 folded card.
I then cut out the pieces to be decoupaged, after adding shaker tape to the bottle shape I decoupaged it and the other pieces onto the card, I then added tiny pink glittery hearts to the flowers on the card and a greeting.
