I printed the sheet onto A5 size matte photo paper, cut out the pieces and mounted the main image onto a 14.5cm.sq. card.

I added the layers using sticky pads.

I have completed this card with the Happy Birthday caption but you could also have Happy Birthday Son - Grandson - Nephew - Cousin - Brother -Friend, To A Special Little Boy, Just For You, Get Well Soon, To A Special Little Pirate, Ahoy There!, Yo Ho Ho! or Thank You Very Much.
