I cut out all the bits, next I cut a piece of acetate measuring 10x10cm.

I placed double sided sticky foam around the edge of the main picture, i then out some star sprinkles inside, i then peeled off the tap on the sticky foam and stuck on the acetate leaving a 1cm boarder of sticky, i then placed the boarder on top, stuck onto a pretty card, and stuck the bows on top.
