I printed off the sheet onto 220gsm good quality photo paper. I matted the base image onto gold mirror card, added a teal feather & used foam pads to mount it to the base card i'd covered in a CUP backing paper.
I cut out the frame & used foam pads to decoupage it to the base layer. I used a vintage photo matted onto gold mirror card in the frame. I used Diamond Stickles to give it some sparkle.
