I printed and cut out,then added the base design to a cream blank card,I then added green ribbon to the back of the apperture with dst and suspended a fish (Pisces)charm then added the topper to the base design with foam pads.I finished by adding gold peel offs to the corners.I think the effects are stunning thanks to Ann Marie's tutorial.
