I love the colors of this design. It could be made up in several ways, but I chose to make it up as a faux shaker. I stamped an image by Sarah Kay onto the acetate using Stazon solvent black ink.
Attached the acetate to the reverse side of the frame and used foam dots to attached to the main image.
I attached the topper to a complimentary colored card blank with double sided tape.
