I have designed this shaker frame and base for your card fronts and it could be made it to a shaker or just decoupaged using silicone glue or foam pads to build up the ring.
If you use it as a shaker card, this would look gorgeous with lots of glitter in the middle. The image measures 5.75inches square.

I matted the image onto peach mirri and attached to a white square card. I carefully cut out the ring and attached to the card with foam pads. Then I added some corners. A sentiment will be added to the centre when required.
