Someone Special at Christmas Red Scallop Card Base and FrameCompleted by Davina Rundle
OccasionChristmas / Christmas Various
I printed on to card. Added acetate to the frame, then filled with sequins and beads before attaching the background picture with a double layer of foam pads.
Placed this on to an embossed card and finished with 2 ribbon roses. A very pretty design.
