Snowy Village Anglaise Scallop Card Base and Frame
I have designed these scalloped base and frames to match the scalloped 3D kits that I have available. You can use them either with the cards in the kit as a base or use them on your own cardstock.
Ideal for a effective card topper and very easy to make.
Simply cut out the base layer and then using 3D glue or foam place the frame layer on top, or alternatively make it into a shaker card front.

Printed on matte photo paper. I used DST to attach the base image to a swiss-dot embossed paper and then to a white embossed card.
I cut out the second image, removing the oval, then taped a piece of acetate on the back to cover the opening.
I encircled the opening on the back with narrow 3D foam tape and added more to the outer edges of the image, placed a small amount of crystal bugle beads and microbeads in the center of the base image, then carefully lowered the top image onto it to create a shaker card.
Finished with a bow, a glitter outline around the oval and tiny rhinestones down the left side. Another lovely Ann-Marie design!
