Santa Parachuting Topper or Shaker Card

This can be used either as a 3d topper or as a shaker card topper. To create the shaker topper, apply double sided foam tape all around the edge of the base image. (no gaps!)Decoupage santa with 1mm pads.

Add glitter, sequins, beads sugar, salt or some other shaker material of your choice. Place a piece of acetate (same size as base image) over the foam tape. Finally stick the frame over the acetate and layer up the decoupage elements with foam pads.
