I printed the sheet onto good quality photo paper and matted the base layer onto a scalloped card blank.I mounted the ruffle frame onto the card using foam tape for dimension and finished this very pretty design by adding with some small ivory pearls to the mistletoe and a pale blue pearl to the bow.
