Dark Blue Metallic Snowflake 7x5 Shaker Frame and BaseCompleted by Peggy Stogdill

Printed on matte photo paper. I punched a snowflake border onto dark blue and white cardstocks, then layered the base image onto these and then onto a white card with DST.

I cut out the second image, including the oval, then attached a piece of acetate (on the back) with tape to cover the opening.

I used 1-inch, narrow pieces of 3D foam tape to enclose the oval, plus more near the outer edges of the frame, then put the tiny punched-out snowflakes, some larger ones punched from white glitter paper, and some gold glitter tinsel into the center of the base image oval, and carefully attached the second image over everything.

Added a peel-off greeting to the acetate, two narrow peel-off borders, and a bit of glitter glue. It reminds me of a Victorian Valentine, except it's for Christmas :-)
