Me-wow! Shaker/picture Frame CardCompleted by Patricia Platt

This is a cute quick card for all sorts of occasions. This one I made into a framed card, but it can also be made into a shaker card.

I printed the design onto glossy photo card and cut out all the pieces I added gold border peeloff to the frame edges.

Then added it and the decoupage pieces using foam pads. I added the topper to my white square card using doublesided tape. And then added the sentiment using foam pads. A really cute card.
