Quill It! Brown Bear - Cute Card TopperCompleted by Wynona O'neil

Our little brown bear has been quilled according to the instructions on the printed sheet. I have mounted the design onto a white oval of hammer card stock. I have used a paper doiley to add detail behind the oval and laid glitter paper onto my base card.

I have punched a glossy white card and added a black peel off Happy Birthday sticker. I have used some blue pearl embelishments around the greeting and some little flowers around the feet of the bear.
