After printing out the sheet and cutting out all the elements - I adhered the decourpage with foam tape to the base topper before adhering with DST onto a matching cardstock to create the card base.

Adding a punched scalloped border down the RHS.

I then added some Lilac Liquid pearl dots to the cake and some faux pearls to the champagne bottle. Hope you like what I have done with the sheet. Please feel free to browse my webpage for other crafted items.
