Cream card was used for the base,and I printed the sheet off twice to give me more layers.

I matted a piece of Wedding words backing paper onto a piece of gold embossed card,and stuck to the base,leaving narrow borders.The main decoupage layer was matted onto a piece of gold embossed card with foam tape,and then stuck to the card.I then layered up the decoupage with foam pads.The tag was matted onto gold embossed card with foam tape and added to the corner,and the bow was layered with foam pads and added to the opposite corner.
